stay away from the music/dvd shops or stalls in the street! lst year we bought some fake dvd's only to bring them home to find that they had been dubbed over in bloody bulgarian. We were only there for 1 week so i dont think we picked up enough local dialect to understand "matrix reloaded"
There are some excellent nic-nac shops selling ornaments etc and some excellent ski gear shops but apart from that its all fake designer labels, sun glasses etc. (same as spain only with white stuff on ...

Dont let this seem negative though cos the village has a lovely atmosphere and it is still nice to walk around the shops - looking is free but buying much might prove to be a waste of money.
