ski & boot hire

Having read some of the reports ref ski and boot hire, can someone please recommend the BEST place in Borovets to hire skis and boots that are well maintained and fit for the job. My son and i are intermediate skiers, my wife is a beginner, any advice would be most welcome, thankyou

My husband went to a place called Alex's and they were very good. They are opposite the Samakov hotel and on the main stretch a couple of doors down from the Bar Central and Katy's wine bar. they charged 10lev per day for ski and poles - don't know about boots as he had his own.
