hi in the past have always stuffed socks and knickers etc, in my ski bag, up to the weight allowance of 15kgjust checking if anyone has had a problems at check in doing this, this season?

Just flown with Easy jet and did this, no problem at all

I don't think easyJet give you a weight limit on ski gear though... you pay for the item and as long as it doesn'g go over the health and saftey limit (32kg??) not sure they are interested.

Balkan have changed there policy on carraige of skis.
If you have paid for ski carraige that allows 1 15kg bag doesnt matter whats in it.
In previous years it included your boot bag as well. NOT this year alot of people were caught out by this when I went a couple of weeks ago. A boot bag will cost you an extra £30 at the check in desk unless you can fit it in with your hold luggage 20kg max.
Presumably you can pay for another ski bag through balkan if you need to at their current ...

thanks all!!last thing i wanted was to be stiched up at check in
boots, helmet in suit case, sum clothes wrapped around skis
all done
