we are off to Borovets in feb and its our first time skiing, should we buy our ski wear in the uk or wait till in bulgaria is it much cheaper

Its up to you really! they do have really good prices out there and there 'ripoff' ski designer gear is pretty good and really cheap!
Are you having lessons there?

You can get some really good deals in the Uk at the moment TK Maxx, Aldi to name but 2. Have a look back over the last day or twos postings. If you've never been you don't want to spend a lot of money just in case ( heaven forbid) you don't enjoy it as much as the rest of us. I sure you will though

yeah we have booked the lessons with our tour operator, its our first time so we are not sure what to expect

I had lessons for my first time last week and they were exellent! In my group there were 8 of us and we all got on well even with our instuctor!

i went with family! it was quite busy on the slopes the first few days but by the end of the week it was fine! we had snow the third day we were there which was really magical!

The only problem with buying when you get there is that you may waste valuable skiing time Wink
Ebay is another place to try I have put my last years kit on there and got myself some really good boots Razz
