ski helmet needed?

Hi all, we are off to Borovetz on Saturday (Rila). Can anyone tell me if I will be able to hire a ski helmet for my 7 yr old there? If yes, can you tell me where?

we stopped at relia i dint see any helmets at the hotel hire shop . we took our own witch we hired from a shop in Lichfield called skiforce and took them with its a shop the schools us to hire their ski stuff from. may be you can ask your local secondary school where they would hire from hope this helps

yes you can hire them for 5.00 leva per day and you can buy one from 35.00 leva up to 100.00 odd leva.For the price I would suggest buying one.

Just returned from pamps and bought a helmet for my 14year old son who was snowboarding. He wasn`t overly keen on the idea at first but after a fall, made him realise it was needed. I bought it there and cost £40... money well spent.

If you would like to buy a helmet, this is the place that I have found to be the cheapest.From the road, walk towards the gondola, walk past the gondola and on the right is a small A-frame shop selling skis and snowboards etc.Inside the shop they are on the right side.Price starts from 35.00 leva.
If you want to hire there is a small shop accross from Samakov Hotel, next door to "Petes Bar".Second shop from the corner.
