Last year we had to meet the Inghams rep in hotel reception (we were at the Yagoda Village and so had to go to the Samokov) for I think 10.00am. I assume all companies operate in a similar way. Kids were in their kindergarten and we took them with us but didn't need to so we sorted them out first.

When we saw tham they gave us a voucher for our lessons and equipment and also the ski pass. They then told us which depot to collect our stuff from and this varied depending on where you were staying.

Then the chaos starts!! No rep to be seen thereafter - I personally think they should have someone down at the depot to point you in the right direction. Get equipment and then hang around until some poor instructor takes pity on you and takes you up to the slopes where you are then put into groups for the week.

It was fine really but just a bit worrying and it was the only part of the holiday where we thought the holiday company could have done better.

we were given details of the meeting with the rep on the way from the airport how ever our flight was diverted to the black sea , borgas airport due to fog and we had a long drive to the hotel not arriving until 6.30 in the morning as we were rather tired we left the details on the couch as we wre so tired originally we should have met him at the samokov hotel but notices at the olymp told us otherwise . crystal and all the other tour companies have their boards up in the foyer giving details of when the rep will be around and he visited for a short time each day (except for his day off -thursday)and for the welcome meeting
