ski hire boro

Hi Everyone
Going to Boro on NYE and have booked lift passes through tour operator as advised on this board.We don't want to get caught in the crush on Sunday morning so can anyone advise on best places for ski hire?I am sure this has been covered before so sorry if people are repeating themselves!
p.s. looks like canoe hire might be needed too!

Staying in malina chalets and arriving late so won't be in town until morning.
