ski hire/lift pass deals?

Myself and 7 others are landing in Bansko on the 16th jan, very excited!
Can anyone recommend best place/best deals for ski hire/lift passes ?
we will want 8 lift passes and 4 x equipment hire?

or are we best sorting when we get there?

Hi David,
There are plenty of hire shops near the gondola and one in the gondala station itself. They do lift pass discounts if you hire a certain amount of kit. My advice would be to check a few out on the day you arrive and choose a place that stores the kit each evening. That way you can slip your shoes on and proceed directly to the bar !
I am out on 24th, have a good time and save us some snow !

look at skibansko website as well-seems to imply pre booking discounts. A hotel owner I know there recommends Skimania and Steve C makes recommendations too on this forum-Pirin I think.
