ski kindergarten

Hi

Going to Borovets 14/1/07, and have booked my 5 year old into ski kindergarten. Has anyone used this service and what should we expect.

We will be there from 13th-20th. I will need to book my daughter into the kindergarten when we get there. She is 7. I would also like to know what sort of things they do any how much skiing they get.

used rila kindergarten over xmas for 6 yr old boy. He loved it. They took them out for an hour in am and then another hour in pm. had to ski in morning could ski or bum board in pm left it up to each child. Other times just played etc. Service was very good plenty of children to play with but it was school hols

we put our daughter in 3 yrs ago when she was 6 out of school hols she made friends had fun but did not leave her all day as there is not a lot of things to play with inside very basic maybe its improved. If your child is a good skier they do a lot more with them on slopes. Next year she went into a kids group on the slopes with instructor this was much better. You can take them with you to we did that last year but be prepared to be shown up!!!!!

My 2 year old was in the kinder at the Rila - it was very basic with no windows, limited toys and I had concerns about the electric unguarded bar heaters. The cots looked like rejects from a Romanian orphange but the ladies were kind and friendly and most spoke some English. I have to say, although I had to be persuaded to leave him there, he was happy, well fed and as long as he had a football he was fine. We are using the Samokov this year...
