The pass for the ski lifts in Bansko can be brought at a much cheaper price if you buy them two weeks before you travel, doe's anyone know how to buy them from the UK direct.
We went to Bansko last year, and the only way to buy them beforehand was if you booked through your travel company. If you are travelling independently then its queueing at the gondola. I haven't heard if this has changed but there was a previous thread on this topic.

thanks for reply, I was there last year also and met a cupple who saved 35% on the lift prices by buying early, i confirmed this when reading the tariff at the gondla pay station. my question is 'How can i buy them now when i,m still in the uk' if you buy them now though an agent they dont pass on the discount!
Hi John, Just wondering if they went independently, whether they got someone at their hotel or apartment to book it for them, although when I asked James at the Avalon, he said we would have to do it ourselves.
This might be worth an e-mail if you have put the trip together yourself.let us know how you get on. Mal
try putting bansko ski school into the search engine and you will find a web site for them on there you can email them and also call they might be able to give you some advice.
They were lucky because some friends of theirs had been to the resort 4 weeks prior and purcased them cash at the gondla pay station, all in all they had a cheap holiday because they took the own equipment also, thanks for reply, i let you know how i get on , John.
