we are 'bout to go to borovets at 7th of march. Can anyone tell me, if there is enough chance to rent our skis and so, there at that moment, or is it preferable to reserve before we go? We will stay in Hotel Yanakiev, and I am told that there is a ski-shop too with rather new and good material... Anyone who can give me some advise?

Just remember when you get there things will be very busy as it will be the first day for many others and the depots will be very busy kitting out people who have booked in advance.

Personally I would pre book them to avoid an even longer than normal wait to collect your gear.
