ski school and hire - help

first time to borovets at beginning of march - are we best to book ski school and gear before we get out there or in resort?

and any thoughts on where are the best places to hire from? we're staying at flora appts.

hi in borovets 23rd feb need ski package for 2 adults and 2 childrens stopping at the alpin if you could quote us would be great our friends have already booked thru you and we would like ski school together.
