ski school in bansko

We are wondering if it is cheaper for us to book a ski school package before we go ( about £100 each for 3 days), or to do it over there? which is cheaper - and are the ski schools good? we are total beginners!!! Wink

You should try to book through your operator (cheaper this way). Should be about £100 for 6 days inc ski lift pass, kit hire and tuition.

If you are beginners you NEED ski school !

We cannot book through operator as we are travelling indepently to stay in our own apartment. The £100 for 6 days is through our property management company, and we have a feeling they are overcharging.
So any information on local prices would be appreciated.
yes I know we really do NEED ski school - but only 3 days as we want to have a look around the area.

book it in resort ! There are loads of people advertising ski school. Try at the gondola with Ulen, You will find somebody no problem. We paid 300 Lev for 6 x 4 hrs witha private instructor on a 1 to 1 basis.

Dave,
What about equipment and ski passes - is that included in the ski-school packages advertised over there?
Thanks for the info.
