If you are after a specific boot international boot brand you could check the official websites for stockists in Sofia.

I went to SLS in sofia and they're really good. Got boots and a board for 500lev. Also really easy to find, it's just off the ring road, 4 turnings down from the road to Borovets heading away from Plovdiv.
