First time sking last year in pamps, coming down the most eastrly red, i fell ( nearly killed myself ) and lost a ski, had 2 walk 3/4 way down the mountain. when i got back to the centre, was fined €100 for the ski. was I rode ?

Well not really what would you expect them to do, just shrug their shoulders and say never mind? Confused

Know the feeling....but I have the snow gods on my side.
Saturday 20th, fresh snow in pamps not being picked up untill 2.30pm, thought, enough time to get a few runs in. Hired from the shop next to the Malina. got to the Depot2 lift first to find out it was shut cos of the high winds, but the one man chairs were open, climbed on, set off and thought I would do a quick phone video of the high winds and the snow blowing everywhere, dropped one of my poles but didnt notice unill I got to the ...

Skied back down the green and there it was lying where the chair brushes the run near the restaurant half the way down the run. There is a ski god and I am blessed.
Should have said the binding was set wrong. Wink
