skiing now in pamps ???

Hi All, I have just been on plovdiv.meteo.bg from the chepelare site and the web cam for the mid station is showing a lot of snow, lift is running and SKIING. Confused Confused Confused
What is going on. Has the season started and we have not been told, or is it me Question Question
