skiing with a first timer

hi

i'm going to pamporovo march 7th and my other half is a beginner, is there anyone going at same time that fancies keeping me company on the slopes for a little while whilst he is having a lesson?

re: skiing with a first timer

Hi Anna

I'm flying out on the 7th March, staying at the Snezhanka

total group size is 6 Adults but i'm the only one with real experience, 1 other person in the group has had one week but isnt quite there yet

so I'll be in the same kind of situation, the other 5 are beginners, first day I think the plan is to let them just get used to the snow and see how they get on (they've had lessons on a dryslope)

and then 2nd day they were going to have some lessons

not really ...

not really sure how they'll take to it yet but I'll be out everyday probably on the first lift and out till the very end

I'm a boarder though and 24 so might not be your ideal candidate, hopefully we'll have nice quiet slopes while were out there, havent been to pamps before

re: skiing with a first timer

that sounds similar! my other half has had a 'learn to ski in a day' on an indoor slope but i have a fair bit of experience so i may be waiting around a bit. although he seems to think he will be dead good!

i'm happy to ski with boarders, when i worked in france most of the people i went on slopes with were boarders anyway. is your group all similar age to you? i'm 27 so not an oldie (depends who you ask)

i've not been to pamps before either so it'l be all good fun! we are staying at ...

re: skiing with a first timer

Hi, I'm not going at the same time, but I'm also going with a complete beginner. I have decided to book a Snowboarding 'Improver package' (have boarded once before) so I have a group to go with, besides, it's not much more than a lift pass as a package. I'm taking my skis with me so if I prefer I can ski when I'm not learning to board.
