anyone booked into these for this season. i was supposed to stay at these last week. and was changed to the hotel . i was advised by my rep that these appartments will not be ready at all to be used this season.

as far as the hotel is concerned when i arrived it was like arriving on a building site with its refurbishment been in complete .many guests were moved to other hotels. however in fairness by the of my week 30/12/06 the hotel was starting to take good shape.

i am rebooked for 17th march

i stayed in the snezhanka last week and only a few minutes before we arrived there the electricity was turned on for the first time. the bus driver was told to drive slowly to give them more time to get it finished (we were informed this by the rep who was great) but when we got there it was very clear it was not near finished. the food in my opinion was unedible.the rooms, i must admit, were gorgeous tho my room was perfect-others' rooms werent very impressive-no water,heating etc and alot of people were moved to the perelik. in my opinion-they should have never renovated it in the first place! but having said all that, we werent in the hotel half of the time anyway and had a brilliant holiday although the snow wasnt very good-it didnt bother me!cant wait to go back to this wonderful place!
