I went to Borovets on 23rd Jan last year and whilst snow was good then, was told it had only just arrived. However, I think it can snow heavy as early as December. My guess is that you have a 50/50 chance.Good luck!

If you are going to Bansko 7th Jan then you will alright mate. The Snow God will be generous!

I watched the posts last year and we all cacked about the lack of snow before we arrived on 6th Jan - it was a load of tosh when we got there.
If you are into having a top time even at 16 degrees C for 5 out of 6 days there was plenty of snow to enjoy yourselves.
