snow Bansko? Runs Open??

Does anyone know for sure if the skiing is good in Bansko yet? Are all the runs open. Off in 16 more sleeps the suspense is killing me!!

hope to see you on the slopes as im also wishing for the snow .... the web cams dont look convincing at mo. Never been to bulgaria before but wanted to keep away from Euro-zone.

(If you see a bunch of chinese people trying to ski then that will be us the "chan clan". See you there .....)

Just got back yesterday. Some of the slopes are still closed, but most are now open (and I'd expect them all to be ready for when you go).

The snow cannons have been working hard and have given a good coverage in places, but it's a bit scrappy in others. But like I said, I don't see there being any problems when you head off in a couple of weeks! You'll have a great time!

Dear Lee,

you don't pay with Euro, but the the exchange rate LEV-EUR is fix since a few years. It is the old DEM (German Mark) course. So if your sterling drops to the Euro, it drops as well to the LEV. For us Germans it is like paying in DEM like 10 years ago...
