If you check out the webcam in borovets (1200) im sure they have 2 snow cannons lined up.
hopefully they are confident it is going to stay cold.

I live in Bulgaria about 50 meters in height below Borovets on the other side towards Kostenets, good news is it snowed last night just a little sprinkling but the forcast is for more snow this weekend. Borovets has already about 50 com of snow at the top, happy days... But if it is really cold the snow cannons will help.
