snow conditions in March????

Hi, holiday booking mucked up so now have opportunity of mid March. Worried about snow or lack of it! Anyone been previously in March, or comment looking at 7-13. Will you. E able to ski to gondola? Will it be much quieter?

We have been out for the last 3 years in March and it has been great -in fact last year was the best yet. Up to March the snow had not been great. If you are at the top of Pirin st then there is a little slip you can ski down to the Gondola on - other than that it is all uphill!!!

Thanks, yep up the street looking at the Polaris inn, 7-13 march, o al being well snow and no crowds!

Been the first week in March for the last 7 years, always been the best time to go.. Not very busy and always been able to ski. This year looks like it will be special.

all through march in bansko is the best time,not to busy,loads of snow and when the sun is out it is fantastic,dont ever think its too late,we go feb and march and always prefer the later,nosh on!!

and we have found very Sunny during our times in March- dont forget the sun block (my Son got sun stroke a couple of year ago!)

We went from first full weekend in March last year and had a big dump at the beginning of the week. Excellent conditions.

We are going again from the 4th and I think then even if we get no more snow in Feb (unlikely) conditions will remain superb given the amount of snow that has and is due to fall in Jan.
