How come all the runs are shown up as closed in borovets? Is the resort open yet?

I have been thinking the same thing & getting very worried, going there for the first time on xmas eve.

The last webcam shot looked promising on Sunday afternoon, I suppise all we need now is the lifts up & running Crying

We too are travelling out on Boxing Day. It will be our 1st visit to Bulgaria (I picked it and now I'm getting grief from the other half about the lack of snow!!) Has bansko opened yet does anyone know?

we are also traveling to Boro nye, getting a bit worried - no news on the opening although looks like plenty of snow. Anyone got any news?

Hi Jane,

Go to www.banskoski.com

It'll give you all the info you need and you don't need to worry about the snow.

Bansko is now open and there is more snow than most other EU resorts.

yeah Borovets officaly open on xmas eve me and my mum hav read it in articalls on diferent sites were off 2 boros 7th Jan went 2 yrs ago on xmas it was brillant hope u all enjoy it x Amber x
