snow in Pamporovo

Hi, has anyone been there skiing recently and what is the snow like. We are going on the 1st March.Reagrds, John

Twas there last week and the snow was white cold very plentiful. Cant comment on the skiing as i wouldn't do such a thing!
The snowboarding was top notch.

Here now and its getting a bit *very in places* thin. Been fine until today Friday.

Just come down. Its warm but the snow is holding up and will prob be OK till mid next week. The Blue and red down to mid station are getting a bit worn but still very skiiable - as usual the path down to mid station is suffering a lot, but they repair it each night and should be ok. The Red/Black runs on the south side down to Melina are still very nice and hardly any wear at all. For first timers again next week will not be a problem there is always enough snow for beginners. I have my prayer mat out already.. I am sure there will be enough, Bansko last year there was hardly any and we have an ok week ski wise, so not worrying just yet!
Every year I have been to pamps it has snowed, so the hope is that it will happen again.. Its always sunny in pamps I have found, and reasonably warm, but there is often a cold snap early march for a few days, just hope this year it the 1st week of March!!! other wise, its Kaminitza and happy hours.. oh actually that sounds like ...
