snow in pamps

Can anyone helpI am flying out to Pamps on the 10th Jan & i am trying to find out excactly what the snow conditions are like. i don't know if you have realised but every time i log on to the web site & click on snow cover it has stated for the last 3/4 days that there is 80cm although it has been snowing for the last 3/4 days. Can anyone tell me what to expect
Any way 1 week to go

From previous postings the snow reports seem somewhat erratic. We need a report from someone returning today. Perhaps if someone reads this posting who has just returned they can give us an update. If not, Daytun has just gone today. Maybe he will find time between to drop us a note on conditions.

Cheers mate for your reply, well lets all hope that it stays white and deep and powdery.as for a seasoned skier in switzerland (wengen) for the last 8 years needed a change. Thankfully it seems to be better in Pamps than in Wengen.Have you been before to pamps? What can i expect.

Just arrived back from pamps and can assure you the skiiing is great!! There has been light snow over the past two-three days about 2 inches every night (sorry not into cm's) Good skiing from top to bottom with no problems. Wish we were still there. Have a good holiday!!!re: snow in pamps
Just returned from our third holiday in Pamps. Best snow conditions ever,weather not as glorious as we have had B4, but I would rather ski on snow than ice which we have experienced previously. They would need a month long heat wave to get rid of the white stuff they have at the moment.Have a great time-we wish we were still there and have only been back 12 hours!!
