snowboarder borovets

hi, can anyone tell me some of the other activities available in borovets, i am looking to get a guide to do some off piste, any info? can you get ski doos? also is there a decent snowboard gear shop in borovets, and is there a market or anything? not been to borovets before, so any advice would be appreciated, thanks

All decent snowboard gear in Boro has evaporated since last year, looks like Rossignol and Dynastar are muscling in.... and their boards are heavy and cack!

Try the off piste under the gondola, especially near the top through the tree's/bush's it was excellent there on fri/sat. Also walk up to the peak near the gondola top and get some short fresh tracks down a small unbashed piste.

You can get skidoo's but not much use for off piste as most snow cover is too thin on other peaks.
