snowboarding and technical socks

Hi,

I'm going to Bansko on the 24th and am snowboarding and am wondering whether it's worth getting some technical socks? What are the main benfits of them? Do you think its worth it? At the moment i just had some thick alpine socks from Millets?

I just wear ski socks with the extra padding on the shins and toes, seem to do the job fine! Enjoy your trip

Boarding socks say that they are padded in the right areas but in all honesty, I don't think you will notice the difference. If they are the same money as other sox then worth buying but other wise, regular tube sox will be fine.

Enjoy!

Very Happy

Thanks for the advice - I went to tesco to look for some cheap socks and they had two pairs of technical ski socks for £10 so got some of those! Very Happy

My feet really suffer if I dont wear decent snowboard socks I'd personally recommend them.
