re: snowboarding packs

Hello,

You need to get onto your travel agent straight away.
We went to borovets with Balkan holidays and no one from Balkan advised us to pre book our lift passes, snow boards and lessons.
When we arrived the lift passes alone were £100 for the week and then we had the equipment hire and lessons to pay for. I cant quite remember how much it came to but it was almost twice as much as it would have been if you had booked at home through Balkan.

Once you are out there, there isnt a lot you can do. the rep was no help she just advised us to take it up with Balkan when we got home.
You need to sort this before you go if possible.
Good Luck!

If you booked it with Going Places, and they didn't follow the booking through, it is THEIR fault. If I were you would go into Going Places, and speak to the manager. Give them the opportunity to correct their mistake, and let them know that if you aren't satisfied you will take it to head office. They will generally sort it out for you, somehow, since they know that if they don't, they will have their boss on the phone giving them a rollicking, and so on!!!! Evertime you don't get the ...

Evertime you don't get the answer you want take it a step higher, you will be surprised what happens when you get high up, if it takes that long!!!!

Always remember, the customer os always right, and it is their fault that you could be out of pocket.
