snowboarding

Came to Pamps a couple of years ago and went to the ski school, had a fantastic time etc etc. Returning on the 27/01 to try the snowboarding school. Is it any good and what should I expect? Would it be worth my while having a dry slope lesson or two beforehand?

re: snowboarding

Don't go to a dry slope, get yourself to an indoor snow slope. A good bit of fun and the lessons can be good, still doesn't beat the real soft stuff though. But worth a crack.

re: snowboarding

indoor ski slopes are a bit thin on the ground in the Republic of Cornwall. Maybe I'll dig out a skateboard.

re: snowboarding

me and my family learned to board this year, on a dry slope. We all had great fun, even the wife, and she ended up with avery sore backside. I can't compare it to the real thing, from what I'm told the real stuff is much easier.

I lernt on dry slope but it doesn't compare to the real stuff (FINGERS CROSSED TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT!!) The board school at pamps is pretty decent.
