No parks at Borovets im afraid, good tuition though and the equipments ok, if its your first time I suggest looking into the equipment you feel you need, therefore if you are giveb incorrect or shabby gear you can recognise it and ask for a replacement. Take trip to your local store and pick the brains of the sales staff.
I been snowboarding in Borovets and Pamporovo, i would say they are roughly the same, except borovets has some slight better off piste underneath the gondala. Hope this helps you...

Borovets has the edge on Pamporovo as far as boarding goes as Pamps has that long flat bit near the bottom that requires a hike unless you are really bombing it. Other than that they are fairly similar
been boarding in both bansko and borovet, bansko has the most advanced boarding and the best off piste as well the alot higher quality hire equipment and tuition.
there is supposedly a board park being built (accourding to the balkan holiday brochure) for this season but this is yet to be confirmed(anybody know?)
