snowing in pamps?

I would be surprised if it is not-even at reort level. reports from Rozhen observatory, and webcam at chepelare both give snow. Speaking to a ski-instructor in Momtchilovtsi---he also thought it was snowing.

the resort is higher than the base station of the mountain so i would hope its snowing at resort level in pamps
