Dont use the AA for travel insurance. I lost my phone in Boro and it was a nightmare getting them to pay up even though I followed the correct proceedure. Gave up in the end and went through the household insurance. Wouldn't like to think I was with then for a medical emergency. .... BEWARE......Sad

I was pleased with the Post Office insurance. It covered the kids, and when I had to claim for a broken arm (and the loss of half the ski pack, lift pass, lessons, etc) I posted the claim on the Monday and had the cheque in Friday's post, the same week. £50 excess which isn't bad.

For a no quibble service like that, I'll certainly use them again.
