Not sure about price in pamps, probably not much different, and you don't want to be fussing around on your 1st morning. Try somerfield, tk max, lidls etc, you can usually get some for £10 or less.re: so can anybody help me about the googles
If you want cheap out there Ian then yes you can get them - but they are just that - cheap.However, if you want a REALLY good pair, then see the guys in The Snowshack who will sell you nothing but the very best at a fraction of UK prices.

cheap as anywhere else fella but for £20 youll get good ones at tkmaxx. unless you know the shops in pamps you may end up with fakies...sure theyll do the trick though.re: so can anybody help me about the googles

TK Maxx are all over the place in Ireland in many of the new retail parks. They generally stock a moderate range of goggles and other ski gear but u have to be quick as the goggles seem to get rooted through very quickly and what remains can often be scratched and damaged etcre: so can anybody help me about the googles

Goggles are not really necessary in Pamps unless it is snowing heavily when skiing. Sunglasses are more than adequate especially for the first day. Then you can take your time and check out the equipment shops inthe hotels and also at the ski depot as well.
