2 things will you answer the safety question below please i am concerned beause of children going
and 2nd have fairly aged knees which havnt been helped by twisting one of them on the dry ski slope yesterday. any advice re usefullness of knee supports type to buy etc gratefully received. Off on the 10th feb cant wait!

If you are going to buy knee supports and your knee has a habit of twisting then you need to go for the ones with the metal brace supports down the side. The simply neoprene with no brace system are no different to wrapping a tight bandage round your leg and will give no lateral support.

Snow and Rock sell a load of knee braces - should be some usefull info on their website. Alternatively take up boarding - it's easier on the knees Wink
