This has been a very silly waste of time, there is no truth at all in speed cameras on the slopes, but a good friend of mine in Borovets told me this morning that the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism are now conducting random tests on equipment to see if it is 'piste worthy' and not a danger to anyone else on the pistes. They are also insisting that Boarders have a strap across both knees as there have been too many knee injuries. If your equipment is not piste worthy your pass will be ...
This has been a very silly waste of time, there is no truth at all in speed cameras on the slopes, but a good friend of mine in Borovets told me this morning that the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism are now conducting random tests on equipment to see if it is 'piste worthy' and not a danger to anyone else on the pistes. They are also insisting that Boarders have a strap across both knees as there have been too many knee injuries. If your equipment is not piste worthy your pass will be confiscated until you prove your equipment is up to scratch. So be warned!!!!!

Methinks the hoaxers are getting hoaxed. I hope someone doesn't one day take anything tooseriously and go out of their way to comply!?!? Luckily, I guess, the hoaxes are still a small percentage compared to the actual facts. And are NORMALLY quite blatant!!re: speed cameras are a hoax

You mean that this is not real???????Shucks, I've just spent 40 quid having a speedo fitted to my skis, and a limiter fitted to my boots, all for no reason.
I'm gonna find a sensible chatroom where I can tell people all about you wicked lot.
