I spoke to 2 other people from this site (appologies as I cant recall their names) who then left on the last bus, and that's when I decided it was a shambles and left myself, I regretted leaving as the lamb was looking good, once again it just needed a team leader figure to pull it all together, Sparkey...where were you sat that night ? and big apologies to you if you did have to pay.
I was sitting on the table right next to the lamb together with my wife and a ski instructor and the guy turning the 'spit'
No-one even bothered to come over to ask me (or any of us about it)
Oh well a lesson learned - I won't be doing it again.
