Just wondering if anyone has purchased in the st ivan development in bansko and has any update on its completion date. I have purcahsed a 1 bed apartment through MRI here and am waiting on final closure. I feel confident that Bansko will be still be a good investement choice in the medium to long term. Are you having issues with your mortgage for the final 55%.CFP are not giving us the mortgage as agreed and I have contacted Legal Ind for an update. You would think banks would be fighting for the business as 45% of the property is all ready paid. Low risk to them.

No, i financed the purchase myself although i did hear from a friend who has also bought in the development that CFP were withdrawing funding. Still no update from legal-independence on completion date?re: st ivan
Keith, I am in the same boat as you regarding CFP!!!!!! They have even with drawn money from our account for the mortgage fees. Now they tell us they are no longer willing to advise or even help. A total of £711.00 lost and now we have to produce the final 55% out of thin air! They\'re a joke!
I have been advised by legal-independance and MRI to expect a call towards the end of September 08 regarding completion.
