st.ivan (not Rilska)

Has anyone purchased in the St. Ivan development or has anyone stayed or visited it recently?Im Interested to know how the finished product looks and if the spa is as impressive as they had sold it to be??

Hi Dave,I purchased an apartment there too & I was told it is nearly complete. I was there last March and it looked really well. It should be atleast 80% functional including the Spa by december!! I hope so anyway because im staying there from 26th Dec for a week Exclamation Booze

Just a little advice then.I have read so much about furniture packs from different suppliers.I own a maisonette, how much was your pack and realistically what should I expect to pay for a good finish?

I paid €4500 for a studio turn key, not sure for a maisonette!
