Justs got back from pamps today (sat 25th) during the week we went there as a group who were on holiday together for a meal, the waitress with long dark hair dropped 6 drinks down two people in our group fully soaking them, then out of the 8 meals ordered, 2 had to be changed and another two that came were wrong, when we complained the security guard (butch guy with short black hair who apparently works ...

We then went to reception to ask for the hotel manager and the receptionist refused to get him/her with the secuirty guard hanging over and telling her what to do.
