re: stinky ski boots

i just bought my first pair of snowboard boots aged 42 1/2. but there again i only went on snow for the first time aged 42.

i just used the arguement that i wouldnt want to hire a pair of running shoes to run a marathon, and i would be spending more time in my boots than i do in my running shoes.

well it works for me!!!

re: stinky ski boots

The Darkside, a term used by a skier to describe boarding and a boarder to describe skiing. Do both then your always on the light side.

re: stinky ski boots

I'm not saying MrP but one of us is pushing 50 the other dragging fifty so you ain't as old as you think on a snowbaord, must admit we have been the oldest on most mountains and only skateboarders and surfers are older than us Very Happy Booze

less of the old

hey come on guys. it aint so bad, those wise old heads are a valuable asset.

i am 42, running my sixth london marathon next year. i still play rugby. Last year i learned to snowboard and scuba dive.

keep asking yourself "when was the last time you did something for the first time?"
