Austria and Swizterland both I belive have Glaciers you can ski on. Other than that it would be Chile or New Zealand.Or for a really good deal you could go to a snowdome!
The key words here are not to expensive! NZ has plenty of really good skiing, but at about £500 for the cheapest ticket you're gonna struggle on price. There is plenty of glacier skiing in the alps which is cheaper, but the closer you get to the school holidays the more expensive it gets. Snowdome's aren't THAT bad, certainly good enough just to get the skills going and to get your fix - i was in Tammworth on Sunday and it was quite good as noone else seems to be skiing in July so you get ...

I skied it Saas-fee last July and it was fabulous and not too expensive. I would certainly recommend it and there are plenty of other activities to keep you occupied!
