I booked a taster January 06. You go to the snow shack 2 or three days before you want the taster to get sorted with a board and boots so that on the day you don't have to hang around sorting out boots and board.
The session I chose was 3pm ( after a days skiing). It was such a laugh. My instructor was a young German Lady who spoke excellent English but I still spent most of my time in true boarder position - sat on or flat out in the snow. I even managed to 'confuse the board'.

Don't leave it until the last day or you wont be able to return our lift pass and get you deposit back.
