taxi fares pamps

hey guys,

anybody have a rough estimate of how much it costs getting a taxi ride into chepelare and smolyan?

warning! i went to smolyan in a taxi 2 meet sum1 who lives their...Mckenzie a scotish bloke...he told us the fair should be no moe than 15 levs so we told the taxi driver b4 we got into the taxi and he agreed...only at the other end he gave us a receipt for 50 levs...we refused to pay 50 levs so he got the police and we ended up having to pay

sounds right scammers these bulgarians - have to watch out for them. At least they sound generous with the alcohol measures.

i don't think they are all like that...jus 1 bad experienc but we said we are going to pay them at the begining of the trip next time

if you get a bad one will possibly still ask again at the end of the ride

Some good advice from Julia Norris.
Try to stick with one taxi driver, better discounts if you use them all the time. Plus your not going to get ripped off if your using there service again.

problem is if hes riped you off you have to find him first

By the way I dont think bulgerians rip you off before we start a six page debate on the subject
