taxi transfer

I've been trying to book a taxi transfer from Borovets to Sophia through the link on this website but I'm not having much luck. The firm acknowledged enquiry but I haven't been able to get any further with it.
Does anyone know of any other links or am I likely to be able to get the hotel to arrange one on the day, we don't want to miss our flight, need to leave Borovets 10 in the morning Friday 11th Jan.

ask at the hotel when you arrive they should be able to arrange one, think this site only arranges transfers if you have booked through them.

Pumpkin,
Stick with Sam's idea.......ask hotel reception to order a taxi for you........and have the price settled before you leave.
