Has anyone bought an apt at the belmont in bansko. I would be interested in having a chat as we bought one and I am confused why they are wanting to complete the purchase now and it wont be complete until dec 2007. I have asked the agent to explain but they didnt seem to know either.
Any help would be appreceiated

is it on completion you pay? if so dont do it until you are able to go and look round and making a snagging list with your agent, once you sign and hand over the money you are agreeing the appartment is to your liking, Do you have a solicitor if you do speak to them.

Is there any chance the builder has run out of money and cant complete unless you hand over the rest of your cash? dont want to be a scare monger but this has happened to some people in spain.
