HiIs anyone out there buying an apt at the belmont. it is supposed to be completed and ready for guests in Dec this year. I have been onto our agent as I wanted to know roughly when we should be coming over and they told me not to come until january. This means christmas bookings lost etc. Does anyone else know anything

I've bought in Belmont too and so far it looks on target (see www.bulgarianproperties.com/Apartments_in_Bulgaria/Construction_update_9919_Apartments_for_sale_in_Bansko.html) but have the impression that not many builds in Bulgaria are finished on time so I doubt rentals will start in December ...
