the new hotels at bansko

Hi,
We're planning to go to Bansko on the 3rd week of Dec.
My last visit was like 2 yrs ago and now I hear that the city changed alot, with a plenty of options - like new 4 star hotels and apartments etc.
Is there a hotel that any of you could recommend ?
the top criterias are:
- being close to the gondola"

- being close to the "fun part of the city - the bars, and nightlife etc."
- can be a good 3 * or 4* with a nice room..
(and I can hear you say.. what else could ...
