nowt whyyou a bit paranoidi thought bugariaski was a like go between with bulgaria properties i must be lookin at a different site what do you mean by open a can of worms wot is there to stir up i lookin for another property because iv had a bad experiance with my other sorry i wont buy from these

there are sites for property buying, personally I would not buy in bansko, far to many properies being built and you are unlikely to get a good return unless you wait for a good few years, you can rent a good property with out buying, If you need a morgage and need to rent out to pay for it stay away, thats not just BG that is anywhere, I own property in spain we are lucky enough to have paid cash and its a bonus if we rent it out, we have seen loads go up for sale or have to go ...

dont believe agents who tell you you can get £300 per week for X weeks, if you are really lucky it will happen, be prepared for it to be empty unless you go your self.
