the site has just become so quiet

this site seems so quiet in comparison to the past couple of years.
i wonder is it do with the credit crunch, r not as many people heading out this year to bg?

r is it to much silly disputes on the site,

I have stated thii before, the whole proliferation of the board with orphanage posts was its death nail. We are now a week from december when usually the board would have been buzzing and all we have is, a spot the windbush blowing across the screen option.

While a few individuals satisfied their ego, the constant competition for who was the most worthy unfortunatley left its mark. Thread after thread, losing loads of good posters.

I have found the board quiet too, and have found a lot of the threads to be the same old "what price are the drinks" and "how much snow". But the biggest thing this year, has to be all the handbags-at-dawn, bitching and sniping. Seems to be a lot of Trolls getting peoples back up.

Hopefully it will all come right in the end. Especially when the webcams working; i think that is a big turn-off.

How about a joke? xx
