it is snowing as expected--this will likely stop before the day is out. Then looks mostly dry for the next week--just a chance again Thurs/Fri for a bit more, but I would say less than 40% at the mo--temps slowly rising but no need to panic. Next weekend looks like could be quite mild, before then showing good potential to cool down towards the middle of next week. Temps could well be above zero on the lower slopes during the day---but like I said that is a long way off and things change fairly regularly, especially when trying to pinpoint temps above freezing or not.
Generally better to wait until second half this week before starting to concern ourselves with next week, this way we all hopefully have realistic and reasonably accurate outlooks, and therefore don't either become over anxious or over 'excited'....

There is so much snow around generally though so lets enjoy it--those that went last year will certainly know what little snow really is (20cms was good at some times last year! so 1-2mtrs is excellent)
Morning Benson. Thanks for your report on the condidiotns yesterday and you are right, things look set to improve again the end of this week. One question I hope you can help with - can you recommend private lessons? My wife really struggles more on the confidence side than anything, so I thought a private lesson would help. Any suggestions? Richard.
